If he does that, there will be no NASDAQ uplisting. Which is fine. I think that's why they went to the OTC in the first place. I'm not sure if they own stake in pot companies already. Their website says they facilitate investments into dispensaries, but not if they are directly invested. I think they may be so these posts about uplisting seem a little speculative to me.
