From a perspective of a large shareholder here and of course someone who has done all the due diligence, this is one of the best opportunities you can have at current valuation. There's a rotten apple somewhere causing pressure on the stock. We have seen this same person selling shares for several months. Why you may ask? Answer: no idea. 2nd answer: there's no good reason that's related to the stock. We see the company doing well, we see the execution of new technologies, we have the core business doing well and we have a ton of amazing opportunities ahead. Financials have drastically improved, and we are sitting at a very valuation that's hard to believe that it's even possible to trade this low.

I think we all understand how low the valuation is and we all agree that we should be trading closer to $1.00 with what we have at hand. Long term, this can be a $5.00 stock with what lies ahead in my opinion.

I don't believe this dip has anything to with newly registered stock. If it is then so be it; it's our gain to take those shares away from a rotten apple. Obviously, they believe in the company it they bought in on new offering at higher prices.

It's only a matter of time until this stock gets the attention it deserves. I look forward to nasdaq listing where it will bring in much more attention and strength. In the meantime, I will take advantage of someone else's poor decisions. If the individual needed money and had to sell shares which is what I suspect, so be it.
