Korea deal was for everything EXCEPT hjoe shares. The three dumbmingoes, veal, and the other two corporate crooks took whatever little money they made selling all the intellectual rights and assets to the korean auction teacher/scammer and ran away. Korea took on no h-j-oe shareholder baggage.

h-j-oe shareholders never had a connection to korea, will never have income from korea and korea has no shareholders with their version of hojuice.

Anything coming from a h-j-oe twitter now is and always has been bullshit.

Tons of scams operate and sell stock without licenses in their incorporated state. The scams don't need incorporation licenses to sell their stock.
