I have questions about all these new board members. But first, it's awesome that he's getting some serious firepower on board. It bodes extremely well for whatever he's planning. The question is, why does he need to hire new people? Does he not already have a fully functioning staff at GRNfunds? Are they not involved in this? Does it mean they are not rolling GRNfunds into the shell and this new company will be a completely new spinoff unrelated to GRNfunds? I'm not concerned either way, but it makes me wonder.
