Nice, read this if you want. "Nice Eagle, you have to be selective on these and this one is perfect imo. Lazar opportunities have seen numerous reverse splits, also the highest % of suspension targets are SEC reporting with a stop sign and there is one now on the Lazar board investors should be very wary about.

MSFH soon to be has all the right moving parts for a serious company to move into this vehicle. BK past is now irrelevant, this is simply a clean vehicle for a new big company to go public.

No legacy debt which is the key element, no reverse split necessary and very attractive to buyers. There is another right now from Lazar, a reverse split can happen at anytime, doesn't have to be after it climbs as some hope. No thank you

Timing is certainly good here, updates recently and they will continue now imo. Keep looking for new updates daily.
