Yes, it does come down the the character of the individual. Opportunity to be a "bad person" is always there if one wants to take it.

I don't care about the character of anyone else but Jason's, he is the leader and ALL wins and losses are his and his alone.

Him having idiots like Matt around is his mistake. Matt being the arrogant prick that he is has a part in this but Jason is the one who hired him.

Dude, I've had my best three month ever recently to the tune of...well, I don't want to say because someone might mistake the way I do business as the right way and we don't want them thinking Jason doesn't know what he's doing.
