Part of the reason, IMO, is how many notes are converting. Buys vs Sells. Yesterday there were 35 million shares bought, but 25 million sold. If the buying percentage to selling was higher we would have went up more.

The other thing to consider, IMO, is the cash exchanging hands. 60 million in volume at .0015 is the same cash moving around as 30 million in volume at .003 or only 18 million in volume at .005. Volume numbers always go up when the PPS goes down.

If the notes dry up, and they will one day, and we see it and buying pressure hits, this will run fast. I hate this PPS in many ways, but I added 1.2 million shares yesterday. It’s a love hate relationship LOL

And, since our institutional investors are converting vs holding and letting the company breath, I am glad they are not getting sh** for their shares. If they held them and bled them out next year they would make a killing, but they are not being good partners IMO.
