Buy Chuguan. I’m not following that statement. If the 1.5 billion shares are authenticated. Chuguan can buy hold or sell at their discretion. Jason can’t just buy their shares when ever for however much he wants. You can google November 29 2015 Chuguan and get the company letter showing that Ldsr can sell Chuguans assets. It also shows that Ldsr was very much active at that time. They were confronted by an OTCBB company about doing a merger with them and selling Chuguan assets. As far as the addition of A/S this was a tactical move to keep large share holders from owning very much of the company and making them sell. As far as post split. Nobody knows what is going to happen at that time. So idk where you are coming up with the share price will go down especially when the supply and demand will drastically change at that point and uplisting will follow. Personally I think it will climb. So coming out saying it will drop is an absolute opinion you have not factual. But so are a lot of other statements you make.
