That's right. Things can change from previous plans. It happens all the time, with all businesses/sectors. Look at the mining industry alone and how plans can change from month to month leaving shareholders wondering what the heck's happening. They definitely don't post every little detail when things happen. Frustrating but true as a shareholder.
