That's what I thought at the start of the week, then we got the additional dilution and PRs w/o the 8k.

I don't like the way the lower band on the daily chart is starting to turn southward, as it leaves room for more decline IMO.. but like I said, an 8k would probably fix things. I have no clue how this ticker will play out at this point.
