We've followed this since before Whitey Bulger (just watched Black Mass again recently) That guy deserved what he got. Been thru the bad financing, the stock split and now this big precedence setting delay. I have absolutely no thoughts on capitulation since I sincerely believe that Thom was wronged by these companies when they would not compensate him for using his patents. I'm getting ready to paint a few rooms in my house. I guess i'll just pull up a chair, have a beer and watch them dry.(Same effect as waiting on this lawsuit to finish up Haha!)
