Sorry, but this "call the company/IR" stuff is an attempt at diversion from the ugly truth. They can't tell anybody anything that they haven't told everybody, and what this company tells everybody has been fluffy OTC hype to sell stock and nothing more, outright lies that get contradicted in the only documents they can't lie in, their disclosures to the SEC. If they're willing to say "stock buyback" in a PR/Tweet, then turn around and dilute the O/S by 600M shares, they'll say anything on the phone.
