Understanding the culture and social mores are critical and pivotal in understanding why a company will withhold amazing news from an audience consisting of shareholders and critics if the critics will tend to be disrespectful to the management in ways that are dishonest and unfair.
To that end, I came up with the new paradigm which takes into consideration these multicultural differences.
