From my DD the FDA is going to let companies put CBD in food. The exception is no THC , pointers to testing and no crazy claims. VATE has already said they are adding QR codes to show results of the testing. They have let the market develop for over two years. They are just weeding out all the bs that is unsafe and bogus , which I am ok with.
