Can't get the sign offs he needs to deliver an audit

For some reason he remains dark on the OTC not reporting financials

Hasn't changed in forever? In 5 years he went from very small SS to 2 1/2 billion before he realized he had turned into "just another" pinkie paper money machine.

He clearly has realized what he has been doing is not working.
According to his last tweet, he is changing his whole business.
