Look at the change in insider holdings - 8.5%. This does not look like the same Company. Anyone including Jack could take control of this Company if they hide their shares with a third party. That could explain the inexplicable buying. Just speculating, Am

In a settlement of outstanding personal litigation, the Company’s former Chairman and CEO Jack Wheeler transferred the shares beneficially held by him to the plaintiff in the action. To the best of the Company’s knowledge, Mr. Wheeler beneficially holds no Aspen shares.

We knew Kent was gone but so is Chad. Their shares no longer show up. -
