Seems like there's a good opportunity to do that pretty soon if not today. The higher the overrun, the better the payoff and Thursday's overrun was a whopper.
On Wednesday I was considering closing my existing Calls (part of a CC trade) so I could spread it out into next week at a higher price on the following day (Thursday). Decided to wait till Thursday to do it so I could milk a little more Time Value out of the existing Calls. Worst case, I thought, would be to move it out to Friday. Regretting that choice big time!
