Exactly it all pivots on the court outcome related to crescent - nothing else matters in terms of what will make this pos run. Neutral Court relief ---- .0009. Positive court relief--- .0018-.0066. Bad court result no bid hopefully sec shuts it down- i would hate to these these guys get away with a rs and keep going. Rather see it delisted
