We can make a good format and have everybody fill it up and mail it. It could be case specific. That's twice in less than a year. It has made lot of damage. We could ask the company to review it through their legal department and make it more formal. It's worth the try.
If investors start to work with manegement to prevent this type of abuse then the short sellers will think twice before moving against the company.
