Can't find a single reference to the IPO in Canada to fund the deal with LODE so is it real? Wasn't it supposed to be several months ago?

Gold has gone up from around $1200 to $1500+... they can't get an IPO done for a very small $20MM?

Looks like the stock has been walked up by MMs.

Hate to be negative but... glad I sold my shares here over 4 months ago.
