TA, At least two of those patents you/SEVU list as being owned by SEVU were printed on the Wire21 site I looked at yesterday on Print's link to it. US Patent No: 5818127 covering analog and digital video over AC and DC power lines; and US Patent No: 5592482 covering video distribution over power lines were listed on the Wire21 site as being owned by them. Can you tell me who the real owner is?

Let me present a what-if scenario. If Rich purchased a license from VideoCom for use of these patents for 100,000 shares of SEVU, wouldn't that make the license holder SEVU? Also, if 100,000 shares were given for the licenses, why in the world would a million shares be given to Rich for the use of it?

I hope FG can answer all these question adequately. I hope what happened to me will not happen to FG. When I started asking the tough questions the company cut me off.

Did we pay a million shares for IRFS technology lease or a housing for SecureView? Either way, a million shares was too much.

What are the terms of the last "investment" deal George and Rich made to the company? How much have we been diluted and where is the cash?

Can we get a statement from Rich or George about actions to take place in the future regarding dilution of our investment? After an increase from 12 million shares to over 18 million in less than a year, combined with an eye popping share price decline, can we be assured this will not happen in the next year?
