I agree with your observation that the big boys think the case is going well for INSM. Since INSM started its defence the volume has increased substantially and our pps. has also increase by approx. 30%. Some of this is undoubtedly retail investors who have held out as long as possible and are willing to roll the bones as holding out any longer could leave them shut out if a positive settlement is made, which could come at any time if it does at all. Thus, retail investors are climbing on board;however, institutions and big boy investors must be a part of this as well because, IMHO, the volume is too great for retail investors alone. Institutions and big boy types must have eyes and ears in the courtroom, and the reports must have been favorable because the volume indicates someone wants in now bad, and the blocks are just too large and the volume just too heavy to be folks like you and me. JMHO
