Thats what I was thinking, but the language suggests otherwise - "prepared to complete the first closing of the BZRTH Acquisition". If they intended to say first of xx acquisitions, it should say

"prepared to complete its first closing, the BZRTH Acquisition"

I didn't find any typographical or grammatical errors in this 8k, so doubtful this is one.
