What a strange company. Still not sure what they even did in Nipton, but it looks like their corporate registration agent resigned.

Another piece of the puzzle towards the dissolution of Nipton.

1. Shearin (project manager for Nipton) fired/resigned
2. Cavaness/Meadows lawsuit
3. Tipis disappearing or being sold
4. Artwork remaining stagnant and deconstructed
5. Vape/CBD dissolves/moves
6. Pre-foreclosure filed due to missing mortgage payment
7. CannAwake goes dark and stops filing reports
8. No GreenCrete, no CBD water bottling plant, no Cannabis
9. Mojave Hospitality Enterprises transferred ownership
10. LOads of debt per quarterly financial report

Overall I'd say Nipton was a tremendous waste of shareholder time and money. This is why the stock is sitting at 0.0001 a share, American Green diluted billions and billions of shares... for what? Nothing!
