I wish they would specify what "prepared to close" means. This should imply they have the cash to finalize the transaction, but I'm thinking they didn't say that because they need to do something else first regarding the money. If they need to sell a few million more shares to get the last of the $, I'll be a buyer if it hits .009 or lower.
