If you read the tweet exchange yesterday the CEO mentioned that if this goes subpenny, it won't get delisted, so he himself is not excluding the possibility. I think it will based on the continous abysmal performance!!

He needs to release audited numbers the way he releases information for toxic notes and authorized shares (filings) - all things reported need to be at the same transparency level. The only income that can be confirmed is from the dilution, where is the information about the income from other sources?
