Listening to the NBEV conference call. They said the lack of clarity of the FDA is keeping them from launching CBD infused beverages in the US at this time. They went on to say that this is going to be a huge market and will have a large impact on revenues once released. Further the lack of clarity is giving smaller beverage companies a headstart.
