Well now even I am getting confused at what BS, false and misleading statement is true!!! This was posted just a few days ago:

Wow...the effective OS is now up to 806M???

But now, this was posted last night:

illegally increasing the authorized to 520M shares

The T/A says it is still 500 million and has not changed!

Wonder who is right because the above stated numbers never came with any support of how over just a few days the O/S went from 806M down to 520M! It must be magical BS false and misleading statements that make it happen!
You know the ones that have been going on for 2 years and have all been proven to be just what they are, BS, false and misleading!

Well I am glad this 14C makes up all the filings needed so we can get on with the future without having to discuss missing filings! LOL!!!

This is getting fired up now!!
