I do believe it has been all planned out since before early May and most likely before April 17th. I just believe the calculation was “$4 sustained by Thanksgiving is no guarantee so we need this option for RS”. Talks with big investment banks are in on this formulated plan imo. ... reason to move fast ... don’t want to be BetaMax ... be first to market and dominate...
