I think you’re correct. Even if everything goes perfectly, in La., it’s not a big enough, or fast enough, revenue producing segment to cover expenses & reduce debt. Company will likely have to keep issuing big chunks of shares to be sold to the public in order to survive. Lowering previously issued insider option/warrant conversion prices was a huge smoke signal to me & the ole saying of where there’s smoke there’s ?? is usually accurate, so I cut my bait, pulled anchor & moved on to another more intriguing opportunity.
