DO YOU KNOW HOW TO READ...to all those that read the article plese read the pr it says cash and stock considerations. the article says cash and stock...so i don't see what the big deal is...second i put that article up not to alarm a bunch of investors but to say hey they plan on getting this closed by the end of the year. as far as a time table yeah tom screwed up again. but if tom wasn't constantly being pressured by investors to constantly update us all the time then maybe he wouldn't have done that. yes he should have learned his lesson...we shall see
