I find it funny that the R/S was denied. I wonder if in fact they were able to get the issues cleaned up and the R/S will proceed.. doesn't appear that they had proper guidance in preparation for the R/S . I don't think they even care and hence the delay and more delay. I like how they mention shareholders. I don't think the shareholders register on the bros radar..
