Thanks, rook, and the same to you. I hope you are able to spend this holiday with family or close friends. I think I remember that your wife and new baby are still in S. America; hopefully they will be "home" soon. Are you still in the Pacific NW (if I remember right)? What a wet (record setting) month we have had!

I would love for AMEP to give some production results, but I think I would like even better for them to get the proxy out to exit the BDC status and get all this reporting stuff cleaned up before the end of the year. Then let the production information start rolling and have more of a recognizable impact on their financial statements.
