Seems like dilution now, no reason to sell down here when it based for so long in .01s... But having said that, I know these dark reverse merger types can have the biggest swings ever without necessarily being dilution. I'm remembering DOLV going like .0001 to .01 and back down to .001, back to .01, up to .09, back to .02, up to .20, etc. FRFS constantly was like .02 to .10 to .02 to .10 on repeat...
