Judge's order, entitled "Judgment in respect to further distributions and termination of CCAA Proceedings," page 20, item 120:

Orders that, upon filing the monitor's certificate, substantially in the form of the draft certificate (exhibit R-2), (the "Discharge Certificate"), the CCAA proceedings are terminated without any other act or formality.



"Terminated without any other act or formality" means the judge is done. There's nothing else happening in CCAA other than the wrap up of the payments and the filing of the certificate.
