So you telling everyone here Merida will not have to sell 17m shares after picking up both warrants to pay the $6m executive compensation?

Pretty sure picking up both warrants puts Merida over the ownership threshold.

Where else they going to get the cash? Sales? Lol. FRLF churns through cash faster than they can get their hands on it. Need proof? As you would say... read the last filing.
