Let's all hope those options vest and gradually start to trade over the next two, three, five years. I assume smart experienced managers like Dowling tie these options to significant growth and production goals which means this company will be many times more valuable when they become OS shares. The employees will be rewarded as will shareholders. At least I think that is the theory? Happy to hear a smarter SpaceLady explanation :) Only negative conspiracy theorists will say otherVise.
