I think certain people on this board are actually breaking down mentally. It's the only explanation for some of these paranoid theories that defy logic.

We are suppose to believe that insiders are steadily dumping shares every day into the open market, driving their own share price into the ground, during a blackout period, and then lying about it in a very public way on multiple forums... Furthermore, they are doubling down on their dastardly plan by hiring ShareIntel to find the "bad actors", all just a ruse to divert attention of course!

In other words- all but asking for lawsuits, jailtime, banishment from anything smelling of finance, and permanent personal ridicule.

Now, phun fact..

Sometimes corporate bylaws are structured to allow for 10b5-1 plan trades to take place during a blackout period. But.. EVEN IF this was the case, there are at least 4 reasons why this scenario is a
complete nonstarter.

1. Each trade would still require a form 4 that becomes public on filing.
1. The 10b5-1 trading plan is always adopted outside of any blackouts, and this year so far has been nothing but blackouts.
2. This type of steady, daily, months on end price action is completely out of the realm of what can be explained by the execution of one or more pre planned incremental trading plans. Not taking into consideration how absurd the idea is in the first place.
3. Like I said previously, mgmnt has publicly and adamantly declared that not even ONE insider share has been sold. Talk about leaving yourself zero room for interpretation..

Now that I've debunked that piece fake news..

The real problem is buying pressure. There simply isn't any. The short sellers are unopposed. Not to mention we are unsure if all of the non-insider shares tied to the deal have changed hands yet. The stock is vulnerable because

1. Not many people understand the business model at a low level. This can change with time & exposure.
2. The ones that do are waiting for greater clarity on the fundamental indicators, kpis etc.
3. Because of the wild volatility at the beginning of the year. This might attract day traders but could concern investors.
4. Spac bias, to a lesser extent.

This upcoming ER will give investors another data point in the fundamental direction this company is heading. Geometry tells us we need multiple points to draw a line.

I'm a data driven realist, not a fanboy, but drop the dilution conspiracy theories.. It makes you sound juvenile and in completely above your head.
