I think this shows the impaired episodic memory in those patients with side effects, higher plasma levels against an improved episodic memory in those patients without side effects with lower plasma levels.

Last point: there are many intriguing inferences and also unkowns: does half life matter? How significant is the upregulation of BDNF with ORG24448? Just how low a dose would yield an effective, safe dose with few side effects? Finally, just how low a dose could yield an effective dose without side effect in combination with Aricept? BTW, the chief side effect seemed to be nausea at the higher plasma levels.
