Now ask yourselves: Why would these individuals accept so many shares of DILUTED stock as repayment??? Who would even remotely associate themselves with a company reporting 100 BILLION shares authorized??

And we haven't even discussed the hundreds of thousands of dollars these individuals forked up (via convertible debt) ultimately in exchange for these grossly diluted shares.
