Right i did some looking and it appears Martinez has gone out of state as well so its an odd relationship to me. We know kaycha is getting a steal at 3% fees but they are out promoting the brand as well. To me its odd smith would come to a FL expo if all evios owned labs are west coast.

I feel like they are working very close together for franchiser and franchisee.

Im not saying its bad at all it just seems odd.

They just signed a 10yr agreement which is a long long time. Seems to rule out any kind of merger but who knows.
