I emailed cause I want to know but honestly I doubt I will go as far as calling cause to me that's not my lane. I typically don't like bugging people about administrative stuff because I have a job that relies heavily on approval from varies departments and agencies so I am aware that timelines get missed and that it's not a ways your fault. But I also know that agencies have standard operating procedures for processes that are apart of their daily responsibilities. Like for me I tell applicants that the normal processing time is 60 days, if their paperwork is still not complete on day 55 I go remind whoever that they are falling behind. If it gets to day 60, I'm standing on desks because everyone knows the processing standard. If Glenn is not standing on desks right now something is wrong. It's his job to make others do theirs jobs properly and meet suspenses.
