LVNVF: Discovery Metals Corp. acquired all of the issued and outstanding Levon Shares. Pursuant to the Arrangement, Levon Shareholders will receive 0.55 of a Discovery Metals Share for each Share held. No fractional Discovery Metals Shares will be issued in connection with the Arrangement and any such fractional interest will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.
