Dilution and sector pressure over the past 6 months IMO... the recent $200 million base shelf prospectus announcement gives us access to an additional 200mil... As far as I know, the qualifications are extremely stringent, which tells me they have their act together...

Their numbers, growth and access to cash is undeniable... besides what I stated, your guess is as good as mine... I'm also scratching my head...

Sitting on a healthy position with an average cost of .454 here... IMO this is an absolute steal at this level...
