Windstream is up to something naughty by hiring KPMG. KPMG is known for hiding tax products and sales efforts from the IRS. Since KPMG is in the game, The Judge & parties of interest will dig deep into Winstream & Uniti monkey business. I have a good feeling that Uniti is not a legal transaction.
