Are we being told that the financing closed in June, per the original PR on the subject? You'd think he'd want the 75% increase in the bank balance out there with a bit more fanfare...unless that might attract buyers and, for lack of a better word, dilute the opportunity for more cheap options for Sneaky and friends.

Maybe we'll get an update on the final data cut at the Cannacord Conference tomorrow.
