Yes, so far BNGI is following through on issuing updates.

As I had informed everyone over the weekend as well as yesterday, a press release concerning the acquisition would be forthcoming and that came out earlier today. The method of funding, on this particular project was also disclosed , so I'm not certain what the confusion is.

Its a sale-lease back agreement which does that affect this company's capital structure in the least (a non stock/non dilutive transaction).

Pretty simple actually.
