That sentence is saying that the clinical trial that the U.M. just completed is being submitted to the FDA as preliminary testing before beginning to test on people in a clinical setting (which is years away, they first have to be approved as an investigational device, which Vivos hopes will be approved based on the results of both the cat and dog studies). U.M is not doing any testing beyond the trial they just completed.
