weird. also why not the 1.5B from the MMs at trip 2 not come down in desperation to get out?
Ballas can't dump, so my guess is ballas is placing his 9.5B shares to go at ask hoping to get some action.
I keep putting a mil a day on the ask, def not First in first out, because I've sold 2M at trip 1 in the last two days.
one guy posted hope that similar sitch turned into a company that went dolla holla, but also pointed out that it wasn't a con game like this one, still pretty hopeless. Ballas' PR guy left, Ballas when he returns rage e-mails give stock responses saying nothing. Ballas dumping for every last drop, with not a bit of PR. if there is a play out there, Ballas isn't saying, so there isn't a play out there.
as usual every penny pot fails every day as the FDA continues to ignore any relaxation on control of CBD., every message board says every penny pot is run by a felon, it seems true. Also, on expectation that the ceiling would lift on MJ, major growers and state growers have overblown their supply. pot isn't looking like the breakout sector for 2019...maybe not 2020 even.
plenty of time to short almost any penny pot. nothing left to short here.
R/S seems impossible though, name change seems impossible. all that is left is hold and hope one day, it's a forgotten stock yet still miraculously active, the MMs abandon the cap and it might float up to even trip 4, trip 5 like MJNA
In the mean time I sell my trip 2s, taking 110-120 real loss per million, and hope for the day someone breaks through that 110M wall and we go back to 1/2. then again, the second any significant bid at trip 1 shows up, ballas will dump into it.
with ballas holding ...9.4 BILLION shares.....I don't hold my breath. I just hope I continue to give newbs thinking trip 1 is a great entrance point my shares instead of his.
Another worry is that Ballas was using this maybe, along with buying his golf course fees and personal luxuries, maybe using the convertible to pay the bills. if so, well, now he can't pay the bills. maybe BK is next. I'm amazed the MMs who had 1.5 billion haven't gotten skeered yet.
(shrug) until then, I'll keep slapping a few shares on top of the growing 110M stack, hoping I catch a few sales.
