A couple of big PRs would take care of that easily. Actually, that's something PCT hasn't been doing like many other pink sheet stocks. They haven't been putting out fluff PRs to pump up their stock and sell shares. Seem like serious business people trying to get the next stage in their business with legitimate financial backers to help them market their medical products.
